1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tailor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tailor is an AI-powered resume generation platform. The Service scrapes job descriptions, analyzes requirements, and produces tailored resumes using automated AI agents. The Service also includes tools for experience management, interview preparation, application tracking, and ATS security research.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

a. Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive resumes.

b. Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or authentication mechanisms.

c. Use the ATS payload injection tools in violation of applicable laws. These tools are provided for security research purposes.

d. Share account credentials or allow others to access your account.

e. Reverse engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the Service outside of the provided interface.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

a. The Service offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe.

b. Pro Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

c. The 90-Day Job Guarantee plan is a one-time payment. Refunds under the guarantee are subject to separate terms and conditions.

d. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Resumes generated by the Service belong to you. Your experience pool data, uploaded documents, and personal information remain your property. Tailor does not claim ownership of your content.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated resumes will result in interviews or job offers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tailor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
