90-Day Job Guarantee — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the 90-Day Job Guarantee plan ("the Plan"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Plan Overview

The Plan provides 90 days of Pro-tier access to Tailor. If you do not receive a written job offer within the 90-day period, you may request a full refund of the purchase price ($49), subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must be met:

a. You must have been continuously unemployed for the entire 90-day period, with official documentation (state unemployment correspondence, benefits statements, or equivalent).

b. You must have actively used Tailor: minimum 10 resumes generated and 10 applications tracked.

c. You must not have received any written job offers during the 90-day period.

d. Your account must be in good standing.

3. Refund Process

a. Submit within 14 days after plan expiration.

b. Email with all required documentation.

c. Reviewed within 14 business days.

d. Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Limitations

a. One claim per user, per lifetime.

b. Applies only to the 90-Day plan, not Pro Monthly.

c. "Finding a job" = receiving a written offer of employment (full-time, part-time, or contract).

d. Freelance/self-employment does not qualify unless it is your primary income source.

5. Fraud Prevention

Tailor reserves the right to deny fraudulent claims. Falsified documentation may result in permanent account termination.

6. General

a. Tailor makes no guarantee of employment. This is a refund commitment, not a placement promise.

b. Terms may be updated. The terms at time of purchase apply to your plan.

c. Purchasing the Plan constitutes agreement to these terms.
