Account data: Email address, display name, and hashed password.

Experience data: Resumes you upload, experience pool entries, interview transcripts, and application records.

Usage data: Feature usage counts, timestamps, and subscription status.

Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID but never your card details.

Job descriptions: URLs you submit and scraped content, cached temporarily.

2. How We Use Your Data

a. To provide the Service — generating resumes, running AI interviews, tracking applications.

b. To enforce usage limits and subscription tiers.

c. To send transactional emails (password reset, verification, welcome).

d. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Services

Anthropic (Claude): Experience data and job descriptions are sent to Anthropic's API for AI features. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored in PostgreSQL with row-level security. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use HTTP-only secure cookies. All traffic is encrypted via TLS.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained while your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

a. Access: View all your data through the application.

b. Export: Download generated resumes at any time.

c. Deletion: Request full deletion by contacting support.

7. Cookies

One authentication cookie (rt_auth). No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Changes noted by the "Last updated" date.
